Wheelchairs & Mobility Aids
Aeropelican's fleet does not have access to a wheelchair lift to assist wheelchair passengers onboard. Passengers must be able to embark and disemark the aircraft independently, up and down the stairs.
Mobility aids such as walking sticks, crutches, canes and walking frames are permitted to be used to make your way to the aircraft, however they must be surrendered to the First Officer at the time of boarding and placed in the rear of the aircraft for the flight. These aids will be returned upon disembarking the aircraft at your destination.
Blind passengers must travel with a companion to assist them. If travelling with a guide dog, the airline must be notified so the booking can be noted. The passenger must supply the own mat for the dog to sit on whilst on the aircraft.
