| Booking Changes | Changes can be made by contacting the airline on 1300 668 824. Change of date and time are permitted up to 24 hours before scheduled time of Departure. A change fee of $60 applies per person plus any fare difference. Changes are subject to availability. In the event that your fare category is not available on your changed flight, you will have to upgrade to the next available fare. Your original fare value may be used towards the new fare provided it is of equal or greater value. The new fare conditions will apply. No changes are permitted within 24 hours of scheduled time of departure. Loss of fare. Ticket is valid for 12 months from date of first issue. |

| Baggage |
A total of 19kg is allowed per paying passenger - 4kg hand carry and 15kg
checked-in luggage. Passengers with an international connection are entitled to a total of 24kg. The additional 5kg is available on presentation of a valid international itinerary at check-in. |
