| Booking Changes | Changes can be made by contacting the airline on 1300 668 824. Change of date and time are permitted up to 1 hour before scheduled time of departure at no charge. Changes are subject to availability. In the event that your fare category is not available on your changed flight, you will have to upgrade to the next available fare. Your original fare value may be used towards the new fare provided it is of equal or greater value. The new fare conditions will apply. No changes permitted within 1 hour before scheduled time of departure. Loss of fare. Ticket is valid for 12 months from date of first issue. |
| Cancellation | Fare is refundable when flight is cancelled up to 1 hour before scheduled time of departure at no charge. Fare is forfeited if not used within 1 year of original purchase. If outside of normal office hours and agent is not contactable, the passenger must call or email the airline of the cancellation. Passenger must email or leave a voice message with details of booking including name, flight number and date of travel. Cancellation of Upgraded Fare If ticket has been upgraded from a Maxi Saver or Super Saver to Fully Flexible, only the amount paid for the upgrade (i.e. fare difference between original fare type and Fully Flexible) minus the change fee will be refunded. |
| No Show | Failure to have completed check-in prior to the scheduled departure time constitutes a no show. Fare is non-refundable. Loss of fare. |
| Name Changes | Name changes are not permitted. |
| Children/Infants | Children aged 2-12 years pay 100% of adult fare. Infants under 2 years of age who do not occupy a seat travel free of charge. Infants must be accompanied by an adult. A maximum of one infant per adult is permitted. |
| Baggage | A total of 19kg is allowed per paying passenger - 4kg hand carry and 15kg checked-in luggage. Passengers with an international connection are entitled to a total of 24kg. The additional 5kg is available on presentation of a valid international itinerary at check-in. |
| Other Information | A $40 booking fee applies to phone bookings. This fee is not charged for bookings made via the website. |
