Aeropelican accepts no responsibility to advise of schedule changes, except to passengers whose bookings have been confirmed by reservations and who have kept the company advised of an accurate contact address. This also applies to minor changes of departure times to meet traffic or operational requirements.
While Aeropelican endeavours to use our best efforts in order to carry passengers and baggage in accordance with the original reservation, times of arrival and departure are not guaranteed and may change. If the fare you have booked is non-refundable and you are unable to travel on the rescheduled flight, you will not receive any refund.
Aeropelican does not accept financial responsibility for missed connections, but does everything reasonably possible to assist passengers so affected to complete their journeys with minimum delay.
