Passenger Information
Check in
All Aeropelican check-in desks close 30 minutes before the scheduled flight departure time. Passengers are reminded to allow extra time to avoid the possibility of cancellations or rescheduled reservations.
Passengers must ensure that they have the correct photo identification for travelling with Aeropelican. The following are acceptable forms of identification (provided they have not expired):
- Passport
- Driver's licence
- Company-issued identification or student ID
- Aviation Security Identification Card.
If photo identification cannot be provided, Aeropelican requires two alternate forms of identification, including:
- Birth certificate or citizenship document (original or certified copy)
- Medicare card
- Credit cards.
Passengers travelling with children and infants must present a Medicare card with the children/infants' names and/or their birth certificate (original or certified copy).
Minimum Connection Times
Aeropelican recommends that passengers allow extra time for connecting flights. The following are our recommended minimum connection times:
Aeropelican to/from all domestic flights (including Qantas, Jetstar, Virgin and Rex): one hour.
Aeropelican to/from all international flights: three hours.
